What an excellent ending to a wonderful series. I love Austin and Amy and have since they first met. The world of Triple M has been such a great place to visit. We've been allowed to live in their world and watch them fall in love and find happiness. We've seen them suffer lose, but through it all they stayed true to themselves and continued on the path they set. Although they are no longer drifters and have settled in one place with larger families, they still have their families and friends.Great job Mrs. Stunich as always! Love your books and series. Book Review - Craving Me, Desiring You by C M StunichSo book 4 and the concluding part to our Triple M family. Goodbye Austin & Amy, i’ve loved going on this journey with you.We rejoin the gang, just as they are starting to think about putting down roots and setting up their own clubhouse. With Broken Dallas & Bested By Crows still hot on their heels, and out for vengeance, life is never going to be easy for the Triple M’ers. They quite often find themselves in situations they have no idea how they are going to get out of:“I ain’t ever been all that good at math, but four plus four equals eight. I’m pretty sure that eight is less than sixty. If my arithmetic hasn’t failed me, then I know one thing for sure: Broken Dallas has got us grossly outnumbered. The four guys we got in the house, plus Beck, Mireya, Gaine and me. Not exactly a fair match.”What we have in this book is a rollercoaster ride, both in terms of events, but also the emotions as Austin has a revelation in how he truly feels about Amy. It’s wonderful to get inside Austin’s head and watch him bloom, yet still remain true to himself:“What if I’m not good enough, Amy?” he says, his voice dropping low. Austin’s big, beautiful hands come up and brush gently against the sleeves on my robe. I think he’s afraid to touch me. I put my hands on his chest and push him back a step. “I’m a shit President, and maybe i’m a shit…. lover. Boyfriend. Whatever it is you want to call me. I ain’t ever done anything like this before.” He smiles slightly. “When it comes to relationships, I’m almost as virginal as you were.”Amy as ever is there with her romance novels, to me, the writers own way of giving back to everyone out there who writes that kind of novel and the readers who read them. I loved it in the first book and I still love that she’s reading dirty snippets, and trying to figure out how to broach the subject of re-enactment with Austin. From the first book you watched Amy start to open up but in this book, you truly see her bloom and discover who and what she truly wants to be.“I push a few boxes aside and grab the dildo. It’s a bold choice, but I once read a scene where the hero fucked the heroines mouth with one while he took care of the downstairs. I cough and put my fist to my lips. I have such rancid thoughts. I must’ve been doomed to hell from the very start. Now how on earth do I say this to Austin? We’re lovers, yes, but we’re still working through this strange inbetween phase were some things are comfortable and easy while others are still…….awkward.”There is so much more to this book than I have included in this review, but I don’t want to spoil it for you the reader. As always, CM Stunich weaves a broken fairytale, that drags you into their world, and spits you out the other end leaving you longing. Normally, i’ve the next one to look forward to, but this is it, and i’m feeling bereft. And if that’s not the sign of a good writer, well I don’t know what is……………………….So long Austin & Amy, Gaine & Mireya, Beck & Tease - i’m going to miss you all, even that mad bitchMelissa Diamond! x
