Written by the former Senior VP of Operations for Walt Disney World, this book takes lessons on leadership directly from experience and a style that has made Disney the #1 in worker and customer satisfaction. As a manager, I was very excited at how he not only the lessons learned but how they can apply to any work place. I have already started drafting some plans as to how I can use some of these strategies. Fascinating and extremely practical. The author keeps one engaged with real-life examples and personal illustrations that make the concepts easy to assimilate and relate to. There's so much information that can be applied to our professional and personal lives. Lee's writing style is so easy and pleasant that you feel he is telling you his stories in front on you. Highly recommend it to anybody looking to grow and become better at what they are and do.
