Aagh! Normally I love the Thea Stilton stories, and read them aloud to my 6yo son. I thought, yay, one set here in Australia. But it is driving me crazy. I have to translate all the Americanisations back into Australian. We do not have ranches, we have stations (at least that is explained later in a box), but I'm stumped as to what we'd call a prairie. I've certainly never seen one here. A paddock probably. And then they drive 250 miles from Sydney to a station. Hmmm. 250 miles is what, 400 ish km? Where the heck are they? I would've thought they'd need to go a bit further to reach the outback or even a decent sized station. Now if they'd landed in Brisbane or Darwin, that'd be different. Ok they'd probably find some sheep out that way... But, sigh, no prairies. I'm not going to enjoy reading this one, I just know it... The problem is that Nicky's sheep in Australia was losing it's wool. I like the book because it is very interesting to read what i like about the book is the different kinds of fonts and colors. When I open the book the first thing I saw is the colorful pictures. When I was skimming the book I saw that the last page have a map. I really recommend this book to the people who likes to read adventure books.
