Well I have to say I feel relief that I managed to finish the book because it felt like I was reading it forever and couldnt see the end in sight.I think this was properly one of my least favorite and I got so frustrated with the story I very nearly didnt bother to finish the book, I think a writer has to be careful that they dont end up putting the reader off and I think there is a thin line between keeping up the suspense and going over the top and unfortunately this book was close to over the top. Thinking since I had just read the 2nd book in this trilogy I would enjoy this third book even more since I would remember the cliff hanger and characters without taxing my brain. However, I realized while reading it I was bored with the characters and the plot. It would have taken me longer to finish it but I forced myself with 2 more library books [both 500+ pages] waiting and due in a week.I hope Barton will drop these characters and start a new series or just individual books.
It was okay for this genre. A light read.
