I really liked Bulk in Jen's book, but in this one he really was an ass. I also couldn't be sympathetic or really like Spirit. I struggled reading this book because it just didn't flow. While I liked the first two books, this just didn't do it. Drug and alcohol abuse that just stopped without help just wasn't realistic, and the grammar continued to be poor. I wouldn't read it again, but it was free, so I didn't lose any money. It wasn't my cup of tea, but I'm sure there's an audience for it. So I decided to save my review until I had read the 3 available room 103 books so I could do a round up review.I not sure I can find the words to describe just how gripping this series has been so far, each book in it's own way gets under your skin & works it's way into your mind & into your heart.I found myself sharing the ups & downs of the characters, shouldering there burdens & living with there heart aches & joys. This series is tremendously written, a true credit to D H Sidebottom along with her other amazing series, we are never left let down, always hungry for more of what she delivers to us so well.Shocking Heaven-grabbed me,Thrilling Heaven-made me fall,&Denying Heaven-has tugged at every string of my being!!
What do You think about Denying Heaven (2013)?
