Hazel watched Julia cringe. “Um…well…” Vero stepped from the side room and laid a hand on Julia’s shoulder. “I’ve got this.” Julia scurried out from behind the reception desk, heading for the break room, as all of the other girls did unless they had a client in their chairs.
