This is a beautiful story about friendship. Dosa features a rare combination of 'sekolah pondok' students & sinful lifestyles, and a glimpse of LGBT lives too. When I met the author, he said the community's unique language is being studied at Universitas Indonesia. He had also put in years of research by attending several sekolah pondok' himself to get a first hand experience. The novel brings a surprise at every turn till the end. Hope Fixi will publish more novels of his. Wonder if it will become a movie. Dosa is the second book I proofread for Fixi. It was difficult sebab aku dipesan untuk mengekalkan gaya indonesianya. Puas memerah otak untuk pastikan bahasa nya mudah difahami. Aku sudah biasa dengan bahasa Indonesia so I do not need the glossary untuk faham isi kandungannya.Tapi kalau kamu mahu baca satu cerita yang indah, please read this book. I laughed and I cried reading the book, kisah persahabatan di dalamnya cukup indah. Ia adalah cerita mengenai satu dunia yang kita sukar untuk lihat, kecualilah jika kau berada di dalamnya dan melaluinya.
