I loved Jake's book and again (like Julia) Alicia is one of those heroines I took a pretty much instant like to! She was just so easy to love as a character! Poor Tom though, he's gonna be the centre of Lelandi's matchmaking efforts now that Jake has found his mate!I love getting to catch up on the previous characters through the story as well, though I kinda wish Lelandi had had the babies before it finished, I wanna meet them and learn what names they get given! Can't wait to start into the next book, I'm getting well caught up on the series now! I loved this book so much I had to read it again !!!I have been waiting for Jake`s book since I first heard about him in the previous books. I was not disappointed at all, I thought Jake was a lot different to the other wolves in previous books and I liked that he seemed a lot calmer than previous characters. I also loved that Jake was willing to put himself in half way to protect someone who needed it.I also really liked Alicia, I liked that she was a strong character and wanted to get justice for her mother's murder. I loved that even though the situation was tense, she was still able to have fun.Jake and Alicia`s was really sweet. I liked that they both wanted to protect each other, but I was glad that when they seemed as though they could not go any further in the relationship, there was always something to bring them back together. I liked the twists in this book that just seemed to make Jake and Alicia closer and cement their relationship. I even liked how you got to see into the bad guys lives. I was a little disappointed how the bad guy came to an end and how the ending just seemed to wrap up so quickly, but that didn't matter I just loved it.A definite re read that I already can't wait to read again.
