Second time reading this and unlike Angel, I enjoyed it as much as the first time. Don't get me wrong, I'm still seeing Angel's flaws but I can't help but feel sorry for her as tries to get over postnatal depression. I know alot of Angel is based on Katie. But I wish I knew how much was fact and how much was fiction. I think Cal might be based on Pete but with a career change. Or maybe he's a mix of every boyfriend she's ever had. Who knows? I don't really like Cal but I'm not sure I agreed with Angels choice at the end of the book either. Anyways this is a good gossipy chick lit. Filled with showbiz glamour and bitchyness. It even made me cry a little. Definitely worth a read. Angel Summer looks as if she has found her happy ever after.
