Book #3 in the Spellbound seriesI think out of all of the books this ones was my favorite.**SPOILER ALERT - please do not read if you have not read book #1 & 2**I like that this story was focused on the duplicate Grey which is still going by Grey. I feel that she is more the real Greylee since Lee has changed so much. Lee had to change being that she is in Stacey's world & body.As we focus on Grey she has traveled to Spain and enrolled herself into a camp of sorts. It is to take a break from magic for 3 months and just enjoy Spain & life. Grey wanted a fresh start and thought without powers for a bit she could focus on the new start. Grey has made some good friends and met a boy, he helped take her mind off of Raj. She is still mending her broken heart over Raj. Now the new boy in her life has screwed up and left Grey to think about all the heartache again. Her friends make her come out of her room after avoiding them for weeks and they take her to see a magic show. Adrian is the main act and one of the reasons that Grey ran to Spain.Grey runs into some unexpected complications while trying to rid her life of Adrian for good. She falls under a love spell. And the love spell is with Adrian. The one man she is trying to avoid. Now Grey & Adrian must find out who has cast this spell on Grey in order for Adrian to really win her heart, the old fashioned way. Adrian is not under a spell but has loved Grey for quite some time.Adrian feels guilty kissing or touching Grey in any way even though she wants him too. He feels as though he is taking advantage of her. He tries to keep her close to protect her and keep his distance in the love department. It is not easy being Adrian right now.Charlene pops back up on the grid with a shocking new body. And the most shocking part of all is she loves it. Grey finds out that Charlene while completely different is still the same selfish sister she has always known. She ends up following Charlene to Paris before their fight and tracks Adrian down. Ryan is looking for Charlene and trying to correct the spell to put Charlene back in her real body. But Charlene does not want to go back to her body and Grey is using the body so she can not let Ryan win this fight. Adrian keeps a close eye on Grey to make sure Ryan stays far away but is dreading finding the LOVE SPELL CURE. Adrian wants Grey to love him, but he wants that to be the case without the spell and knows that once the spell is lifted Grey will leave him and never look back. Will Grey have a change of heart and still love Adrian after the LOVE SPELL is broken? Will Adrian be able to keep Grey safe when Ryan comes for her and Charlene? And who put the spell on Grey in the first place, was this a cruel joke? Will Charlene & Grey be able to get past Charlene's selfish ways and have a relationship?Enchantment will answer those questions and more. Loved it. I really liked the first book in the series when i first read it, but when i reread it recently, i wasn't that keen on it.When the second book ended up being slightly worse, i was contemplating putting the series down.In the end, i decided to get it over and done with, just to see how it all ends. Now i wish i never bothered. One word can describe it perfectly - Dull.By 20%, i was losing interest, and by 50%, i was wishing for the end to come. The only bit that was interesting was the last 10% or so, but by then, i was more happy about the ending being near, than it picking up! Overall, Dull, dull, dull. I'm glad the series is finished.
What do You think about Enchantment (2013)?
