This graphic novel is packed full of colorful, eye-popping art by a variety of artists. The change-up of styles in each chapter adds depth and intrigue to the reading experience, showing the setting and characters in different artistic style chapter by chapter. The plot is set in the realm of 'once upon a time' with the beautiful ladies and mysterious characters of faerie tales such as Rose White and her sister, Snow along with Cinderella and the magic mirror. Murder, mystery, twists, and turns abound in this new-age take on classic fables. Adults can enjoy this quick read for it's eye candy, humor, and complex story line. Recommended. The cinderella spin-off series may have been a bit of a dud, but ith Willingham back at the helm we see Cinderella take on Goldilocks in a great showdown. The story is narrated by the Magic Mirror (since it begins in the Lost Business Office where the Mirror resides), which is what makes the story more than just a simple "who-dun-it." The mirror is simultaneously trying for figure out who controls him while following Cinderella virutally on her quest, so we are privy to a much more complex storyline. Goldilocks might be the obvious villain in the story, but her actions are being influenced by Hadeon - the witch who was bound in the shape of a car. I smell a new big foe coming up, don't you?

Great art from a variety of talent, the story was a little predictable but still solid and engaging

I fear that the Fables universe is getting way too complex for me to keep in my head. :(

An entertaining tale that serves to reunite the Business Office and Fabletown.
