I gotta say. I was not as happy with this book as I was with Breaking up with Barrett. My main complaint is that Daisy seems to have created this entire alternate reality in her head and blamed Fitz for what went wrong. She's upset at him for giving her what she wants. She is mentally and emotionally stuck at 17 and she frustrated me to no end. My biggest frustration is that everything could've been solved by a little communication. A fact, they should've learned from their previous ill-fated attempts but it seems that we needed about 50% of the book, or so worth of angst before they actually speak to each other. This always drives me nuts in books. Fitz English only loved once, but he let her go. Nine years later she is back and Fitz is not going to let her go again. Daisy Edwards knew Fitz was her one and only but an incident happened that was beyond their control that destroyed everything. Daisy wants Fritz back and has a creative way for getting him to see her again. Fitz is hooked but will he be able to win Daisy back again?Charming story. I never doubted Fitz's feelings for Daisy and you are cheering when they get it together. Excellent second book in series.
