I thought it was quite clever to launch the following story from the closing scene of the preceding short. Goodreads denotes 2-star ratings to be "it's okay", and it was. Concise, good, clean writing with no glaring editing needs to draw one away from the story. All five stories started off well with attention grabbing ideas/action/scenes. It would be hard to pick a favorite, they were are sweet. Just read Flirts by Lisa Scott and I was so ‘kilig’ with the stories. I wonder if real love happens really fast since all the stories involved only 2 months dating/ getting to know each other before they realize they are miserable without each other. Yes, the stories are cheesy but it also involves life decisions and the author doesn't mind social status. My favorite story so far is “The Hot Girl’s Friend.”Plus, the story evolves only on the same characters. Its like those who are brokenhearted in the first pages are the next lovers in the next stories. If you want to know more of Lisa Scott books, she’s in Facebook at ‘Read Lisa Scott’.
What do You think about Flirts! (2011)?
It was a great change of pace from the more intense mystery and historical books. A fun read.

Light, fun stories - picked them up as an Amazon freebie, and I was pleasantly surprised
