For The Strength Of Youth: Fulfilling Our Duty To God (2001) - Plot & Excerpts

Our Bishop asked all the youth and adults in our congregation(ward) to read this book. In Relief Society a teacher said that it is for the strength of YOU. It really is applicable to everyone. Very well written and inspirational. I loved the scriptures at the end of each principle. They did not always use the most well known scripture for a particular subject matter and I really loved the ones that were used. I want to continue to study this powerful book. The ultimate, clearly written booklet, that lays out the way Mormons 'should' live their lives. For tweens and teenagers. There is nothing sadder than people misquoting teachings, be they about LDS (Mormon), Catholic, Jewish, or Muslim. This pamphlet is perfect for everyone and sets the record clear, to include such items as service, education, gratitude, avoiding tobacco and alcohol, and such notable omissions as no soda and polygamy!
