This book was just boring. From the beginning of Keri Ann rejecting him when he was trying ggt to explain, to the filler love moments in the middle, to the end where she's such a bitch cutting him out of her life because of HER insecurities, this was a book many times contemplating a put down. Even Jack told her she's punishing him for something he can't control, which is a big bitch moment of hers and pissed me off. This book was ok. Keri Ann got too big for her britches, and Jack was a human stepping mat. Pisses me off how he had so little presence other Han someone wholly in love with her to the point of ridding himself of his back bone.URGH... This was a let down from the first book Okay so this was more like a 3.5-4 stars reading for me. I don't know if it was the timing or the mood of the reader (being me) but I felt like this was one of the first books I have ever read where I knew nothing of the hero. Throughout the story we see glimpses of his troubled past and his issues but they are never really touched upon. I didn't fee like I ever really connected with Jack "William". I did find their story to be very sweet and romantic and very steamy but I just don't truly have any memorable moments of Jack. In this story we have Keri Ann Butler who is a small time girl with big dreams and a lot of responsibility. During one of her shits in sits Jack Eversea, a very well known actor who is hiding out in Butler County, South Caroline after headlines have been made public about his girlfriends affair. Of course they meet and fight against the attraction knowing that a relationship between would be impossible. Two book and a lot of words later they decide to take a chance. This was very different from many famous billionaire meets poor girl stories as it didn't really emphasize on the fame at all. I meant there were hints and references to what things would be like but you never really had that "red carpet" moment. All in all it was an enjoyable read however no really sure I would recommend this one.
What do You think about Forever, Jack (2013)?
Great ending to a book series.. definitely recommend and I did appreciate the Epilogue.
