I think that the book was really great because,it shows you that even if you want something perhaps it's not worth to fight for, and that some people don't seem like they really are, and could be the love of your life! I really like how the story is realistic by not having there to be a prince charming who saves the day,and the love birds rode off into the sunset, but instead friends have each other's backs, helping with each other's problems, and ya there is a "prince charming" but he is NOT perfect and doesn't have a blinding white smile. Cute. Pretty 'nickelodean', but would probably be just right for any 10-12 year old.
