DNF. In the first page, the MC, a sheriff, is answering a distress call (or something similar) and sees a man (I assume the other MC) bent over a bleeding body, trying to save the man's life. After the ambulance arrives, the sheriff lets the other MC go clean himself before examining him or asking for his clothes/nails/prints... I'm no expert, but that doesn't seem correct in any way. Actually, it felt as if the author didn't research before he wrote the scene. So I didn't read more than a few pages. ★☆ rounded up to ★★Oh dear ... um ... this was pretty awful ... aside from the grammatical errors, there were some fairly glaring consistency issues with the story too ... add in insta-love ... mega-willies ... chicks with dicks ... a damsel in distress (in this case Nate the chick with a dick) sub-plot ... weak story line & a much anticipated full moon mating frenzy that was more of a teddy bears picnic & you get a fairly annoying little read ... if the above tropes are your kinda' thing, then this is the series for you but if you hate to spend your time picking holes in the story, then this book is likely to frustrate you to teeth-gnashing despair.
