Romance is not my usual genre, but as with all her books they have a way of whisking you away. Then before you know it you are lost within the characters of the book.Speaking of characters, one of the unique qualities that you will find in any of the books is that you become connected to the characters. Each one has a personality that reminds you of someone in your life. These kinds of connections is what keeps you immersed within the pages. For example, Ellie struggling with trust issues. Who hasnt done that, this is further driven by her upbringing. Bringing characters, like Ellie to life, is what makes these books beyond good. There are many feelings that you will encounter while reading Game Of Love. I myself, found frustration, love, being happy, sad, etc. Once you begin following this series, you will certainly want to read each novel for new relationships, new insights, and lots of loving entertainment. I'm always hot and cold with Melissa Foster. I guess that's why I keep reading her books. Because overall, I can find more that I like and I am able to overlook something that a character might do that would normally irritate me. Her books are easy to relate to and the characters go through ups and downs just like everyone else does. Sure, they probably have more money than God, but that money never defines them. I almost feel like I'm reading a parable. They're good people with good intentions and while their lives and family are just as dysfunctional and crazy as say mine or yours, they're still family. And they always seem to find true happiness in the life they're living. And you wouldn't change either for anything. This is Dex and Ellie's story. I'm excited to read the next story in this series. You get a little teaser at the end.
