I wanted to like this book - but I could not. The story starts centered around a pretty young white girl, well educated, who runs her own restaurant living in Paris. When she's dumped by her boyfriend I really can't feel anything for her except annoyance at her self pity. She buys a book that ends up a homage to her loveliness and she become obsessed with the author. The author is no more likable than she is. Amidst lies and self pity and ego, the book is a cliche that ends as one would expect. There was nothing about it that made it stand out among others like it. Gostei muito deste livro, principalmente pelo simples facto de que a nossa vida está rodeada de acasos e quando menos esperamos, nas alturas mais tristes e mais dolorosas há algo que aparece para nos fazer sorrir.Uma peripécia e como um simples livro pode mudar a vida de uma pessoa, e de a levar à pessoa que a vai fazer feliz.3,5*Sem dúvida um bom livro e, claro, que nos faz sorrir :)
