Good Tidings (2010) - Plot & Excerpts

I like this series very much. The mystery is good and the romance doesn't overshadow it. The cliff hanger at the end made me want to grab the next one and start reading immediately. If it hadn't been so late, I would have. I don't often give 4 or 5 stars, that shows how much I liked it. The characters are great and that have great chemistry. The little side stories do not interfere with the main storyline. If you like cozy mysteries, give this one a try. A very enjoyable book. I liked the ghostly twists and turns, and the way the characters developed from the previous book (which I also enjoyed). However, I wish there had been more plot development. I was disappointed that Mary only looked at one suspect to locate the bad guy. The mystery seemed to resolve effortlessly, despite the well-written action scene at the end. I recommend this book if you're looking for a light Christmas mystery/romance to relax with.
