I enjoyed this quick, heart-warmning read. In this book we get the story of Mark and Penny, and some background on Mark’s sister, Megan, which makes this a great prequel to the Hollywood Hearts Series. This is a fun read, not one full of heart grabbing angst, but one with a sweet tale of two people who fall in love, have to grow and learn to overcome obstacles, and of course, get their happy ending. I am looking forward to reading Megan’s story in ‘If I Loved You’. What a great read! I absolutely loved this story. This is a prequel to the Hollywood Hearts series and can be read as a stand alone. You can't help but fall in love with Penny and Mark. They are super sweet together and have their ups and downs. It's a rocky journey to find their happily ever after and I'm so glad I was along for the ride. This book has happiness and sadness, ups and down, revenge and deceit and of course, love and hate.His Leading Lady is well written. The characters are believable, the dialogue flows well and the story line was great. I can not wait to read Meg's story next. I am looking forward to reading more of this series.Do I recommend this book? Yes!Would I read more from this author? Yes! Please!
