What do You think about Host Club, Tome 18 (2000)?

This marks the end of the series, and it seems like Bisco Hatori was allowed to end it in her own time. The plot threads seem to be mostly tied up, even if some things are left open. It gives the fans plenty to think about. I will say that I'm relieved that Tamaki's family drama has been resolved, because I was getting tired of it. The last few chapters are more like the silly series that I first read. That said, I do like how Tamaki and Haruhi starting a relationship is not seen as The End, and that they will still have issues understanding each other and navigating a relationship together. You know, like you would expect when somebody as emotionally hyperactive as Tamaki and somebody as reserved as Haruhi get together.

This is very much a feel-good manga. It is quite girly, so people who like more action would probably go for something more like Bleach. I love this series, and this is my favourite volume. I love how you see the character's stories resolved, and you see where they end up. It's a great end to a great manga series.*SPOILER ALERT*I was very happy to see Tamaki end up with Haruhi! I was always a fan of that pairing! (although I wouldn't have minded if Haruhi ended up with Hikaru!!)
