Wow...This is a brave woman! Brutally honest, I can relate to some of these crazy shenanigans but I think...The craziest part of this book is that I can guarantee you she is holding something back. I think her family and friends and fake friends and made up friends may have forgiven her so easily because what is worse? The outrages things she admits to feeling and thinking and doing OR the people in her path who "suffer" as a direct result of impulsiveness? Great read - it made me feel better about some of my own insecurities. I am also a bit jealous of her candor! Get it! I would've gone up to 2 stars if not for the racism. If I hadn't paid for the book and thus felt duty-bound by my money to finish it, I would've quit it right then. There were definitely amusing points, but throwing in someone's race as a punchline repeatedly is just... this isn't debatable. Without the racism it would've been reasonably amusing, but once it starts it's hard not to have that hanging over your head any time you find part of it funny.
Hysterical. She says the things you wish you had the guts to.
