I think Pirlo is the coolest and the most intelligent football player in the universe. He has unique characteristics and a sharp and critical mind. He makes me feel that there is so much of underlying elegance, beauty, science and philosophy in football. His language is quite simple and casual but toward the end of the book, it turns out to be a masterpiece!I will always miss your free-kicks, Pirlo the Architect! Regarded by most as one of the, if not the best defensive play-makers of our generation,in his autobiography, Andrea Pirlo presents himself in a manner not known to most of us. Not explosive as most autobiographies tend to be, the writing is lucid, and his humor and wisdom work in tandem to present us with an autobiography that is about as beautiful as one of his famous free-kicks. Every self-respecting football fan should read this book.It is indeed a gem.
