Chance and Blaize bent over her. Chance shook her very gently, whispering, "Jaide. Jaide, wake up." She opened her eyes slowly, narrow slits. "How do you feel?" She shook her head, wrapped her arms around her stomach and curled onto her side in a ball, closing her eyes. Blaize stroked her back, hoping to comfort her. Chance shook his head. "I better call Tremaine. He would want to know." He stood from the bed and strode to the window as he pulled out his cell phone. "Hey Trem, its Chance ... I'm alright. You? ... Oh, you are on your way right now? ... Umm, yeah actually, that's why I called. No, she's ok, but she’s a little sick just now. Um, no. Tremaine, calm down. Just don't get in a car accident or anything . She's sick, actually. Well, she got drugged ... Tr- ... listen! ... yes ... no, I don't know but ... dizzy, sick, headache, tired, but Coach says she's fine. She's sleeping right now. No, well she can't really talk. She’s having a hard time concentrating, but really, she's ok though.
