I can even sleep over if you want.” Helen smiled, but her eyes were tired and she was still in the yoga clothes from their workout. “I’m fine, remember? The only thing wrong with me is that I can’t tell stretching ligaments from a labor pain. And I have no pain tolerance for it. Which does not bode well for delivery.” She settled on the couch and pulled a pillow across her lap. Her belly hurt, more so when she moved. “It’s better to be safe than sorry. I’m glad we had it checked out.” Helen slipped beside her and rubbed her leg. “I practically had a panic attack in class, and then freaked out the entire drive to the hospital. I’m not sure I can ever go back to yoga.” “Well, you can’t go back until the pain eases up, but after that I think you should step down into the prenatal class like your doctor suggested.”
