Justin Bieber First Step 2 Forever: My Story (2011) - Plot & Excerpts
Justin Bieber's book, First Step 2 Forever, shows a depth insite on his life and the challenges he did to get where he is today. This book explains how he got his start in the music business from start to finish. Throughout this book he gives people advice from not only what he taught himself but for people (his fans) to use as well. This book was like a backstage pass into what he goes through all the time. He started off his career on YouTube by posting videos all the time for other family members to see. Justin started his career in 2009. Somewhere along the line Scooter Braun, his manager, came across his videos and stopped at nothing to get in touch with Justin. This side of him shows not what the magazine's say about him but what he is like behind all the action. You see the side of him that no one else is really able to see. Justin comes from a small town in Canada and didn't grow up in a rich neighborhood. Justin lived with his mom and grandparents. When he got his first record deal he was barely known, now he has over 37 millon twitter followers, 7 albums released, 2 headlining tours, 2nd most viewed youtube song, and over 50 awards and he's only 19. One of my favorite quotes he used was, “Music is the universal language no matter the country we are born in or the color of our skin. Bring us all together”. This really relates to the society now. Most people can't live without their music. Music now brings a lot of people together whether you listen to rap, country, alternative or even jazz. People should judge him for his actions and give his music a try and not just be so quick to call his music "gay". I would recommend this book to people who actually enjoy reading about him or like to read biographies in general. I really enjoyed this book. yes, i read this from beginning to end.if you're a Bieber fan, you'll definitely love this book and give it 5/5 stars and you'll probably read it over and over again.I'm a fan of Jbiebs ... to some extent. I got this book as a gift from my cousin so I wanted to read it .. at least once lol. It was a good light read. I'd say it ties in really well with the movie that he released. I actually enjoyed the movie and it made me respect Justin Bieber more as an artist. I knew OF Justin through youtube, way before he got overhyped in the media. The video that got me interested in him was the one where he sang "With You" by Chris Brown --> He actually talks about that specific video in the book, so it was pretty interesting reading that part.I laughed at some of the pictures in the book ... he has a lot of crazy and crying fangirl pics. AND he emphasized on how much he LOVES girls. It got annoying by the end, but teens will be teens.ANYWAYS, if you have any slight interest in Justin Bieber .. this is a good book to just pick up and read. Those who hate him --> obv. don't pick it up, or even go near the book lol. Stop wasting your life hating on the kid, and just let him live his dream.
