Sometimes I read certain books and thank the gods I didn't pay for them. This is one of them. I don't see the appeal and, in fact, feel cheated out of my time. The background is almost non-existent and the plot is absolutely ridiculous. Misspelling and grammar mistakes were pretty much everywhere and the romance was...boring actually. Not to mention how the damn thing ended. Cherry on top of the cake. But, amazingly enough, I liked Aaron. Only reason this gets a two star rating at all. It's another too short story from AK that has too many editing errors. I would have made it a 3 (avg read) if not for all the editing errors and misspelled words. I really don't know why I keep buying these. It's like she has reader MSG added to her blurbs or something. The story is interesting at least but it was too short. It should have had much more detail in all aspects to make us care more about all the characters. The ending would have been more compelling had that happened.
I thought the ending was a bit abrupt but still it was a very enjoyable read.
