Although some of the rhymes were cute, and a few of pictures and ideas were interesting, I think this book suffered a bit from a lack of finesse. A few of the concepts fell flat, and some of the drawings were repetitive. Still, I think the book has good potential beneath the clutter. I have to say, the clown with the balloons was pretty creepy, though I'm pretty sure he wasn't supposed to be. The story kept my 2-year-old son's attention, but he didn't seem totally sold on it. Although, it may be that he's just not used to reading stories on the computer yet. Whatever the case, I'd like to check out at least one other book in the series to see if a different Lily Lemon Blossom story would better suit our taste. I really enjoyed this little book. I collect children's books and I am glad I bought it.The story is very simple but comforting. In a world that is becoming more and more digitized, the story puts emphasis in the details of the little girl's room - what is real, what is there. The details are fun and colorful, full of life.I highly recommend it for little girl's everywhere, including women young at heart. :-)

Good for early reading for girls. I think a lot of girls can relate to some of the things she does.

Cute book to read to little girls. Could be a good book for young readers to read out loud.
