I must admit, I hadn't read a Treasure Blue novel prior to reading this book " Little Bad Girl" and I must say, I was not disappointed!! Although this was a short story, it read like a full length novel. The characters and storyline had me from page one! To say it was action packed would be an understatement. I can't wait to read part two! I will be sure to check out the rest Of Treasure Blue's work! 5 stars!!!~Black Faithful Sister and Brothers Book Club~ Little Bad Girls is the story of Chantel, a high schooler with two best friends that are very different than her. She's not impressed by cute boys with money, prepared to head to college, and takes care of her little sister. It seems she has life figured out until something tragic happens to her mother forcing secrets to be revealed that shakes them up. Chantel with the help of her best friend manages to keep things under control, but her little sisters fate just got grim. This novel is a must read for little bad girls. Those young ladies headed down that path to teenage pregnancy and sexual promiscuity. Treasure spun a poignant yarn that had me loan my iPad to a 16 year old neighbor to read, and get this, it was a "little good boy." I gave it to him under the premise that he needs to be armed with an entertaining tool to show him the sort of life situation not to get caught up with. Definite 5 star read. And I'm looking forward to part 2. This review was written by Rahiem Brooks, author of MURDER IN GERMANTOWN in iBooks.
