It was great to read about the relationsips in Maya Angelou's life. They all touched me me in varied ways and allowed to connect with special relationships in my life.Vivian Baxter is a beautiful character and it was wonderful reading about her.I read this book in one sitting - so captivated I was in their lives and their setting.This book showed me that much beauty can blossom out of ugliness and love is one of, if not the greatest assest for and to all humans. Zaten edebi yanı hiç yoktu ki kadınlar adına yaptıkları şeyleri de pek anlayamadım çünkü ayrıntıya girmemiş yazar. Ah kapağı kadar ilgi çekici ve bilgi verici olsaydı keşke. Ama hakkını yemeyeyim şunu söyleyebilirim: "Annelik cesareti beraberinde getiriyor". o yüzden bu kadar özel zaten. Annen yanında ise her şeyi başarabileceğini biliyorsun.
