4.3 stars.Third book in the Skulls series and continuing really well. This book started off a bit slower than the others, but then built to a powerful situation. The enemy to the Skulls seems to be invisible. The rules are being broken with horrible consequences. Everyone is on edge and the enemy thinks they are winning, but then the Skulls have powerful friends who will do anything to help with the situation. Keeping their town and their women safe is all the motivation they need to continue take on the threat. (I'll skip my rant this time around regarding the grammatical errors...sighs..just not worth it anymore)I always liked Nash better than his brother Lash. Yeah he was a bit of a loose cannon but he was funny and down to earth, not the domineering, arrogant ass his brother turned out to be. It was sad to see him so shattered by life he felt turning to drugs would be a better choice, that turned him into not only a junkie but a fucking monster! I felt every punch, kick and insult thrown his way, that shit was brutal, but his club did bring a new meaning to the term 'tough love' because in the end all that shit got the old loving, happy Nash back!Sophia was okay, she wasn't so much a pushover like Angel, she was stronger and stood up for herself or at least she tried so I give her points for that. Someone really needs to put Lash in his place, he snaps one mans neck and now thinks he can just act like a fucking douche head to everyone, especially the women, I'm more scared of Killer than I am of him...what an asshat!
