Andrew Gross' detective hero Ty Hauck, comes up against one of the most devastating and gradual revelations in Don't Look Twice. After a number of events that take place in the local community, Ty crosses paths with his own brother. are these meetings by coincidence or is there something more sinister? The story develops in leaps and bounds but only succeeds in clouding the issues instead of revealing truths.Yet another excellent Andrew Gross tale of intrigue. I liked this one a lot!!! The story starts out with a shooting and you quickly become entwined in the lives of several different people. A father's fierce love for his daughter, and the interaction between two brothers shows that even though things aren't always perfect, you can still love someone with all your heart. Andrew does the relationships between his characters in the most masterful way. This was definitely a very fast paced read with chilling suspense and a lot of depth.
Very gripping, but I liked dark tide the first Ty Hauck novel much better!
