I'm into ya. Dia membuatku tetap waras membaca buku ini, padahal banyak banget halaman yang aku skip, terutama bagian akhir. No time for bullshit. I felt that this installment had a very confusing start and the character development not there. Also, I found myself constantly having the refer back to the end of the first book (which wasn't helpful) to try to figure out what was going on. As the plot progressed the confusion became less and less as the characters developed and background information was revealed. It took over half the book for all the pieces to fit together nicely enough to move past development and into the story. Once that happened though, it became a page-turning thrill-ride. I enjoyed Never Fade and the sass that Bracken brings to her characters making them very realistic. I will say, however, this book gets a 3/5 purely for the pronoun-antecedent confusing that plagued me as a reader from beginning to end.
What do You think about Never Fade (2013)?
