3.5 STARSI bought Second Sight: The Complete Collection (4 Book Bundle), but I am reviewing these individually.I love Kate, especially snarky Kate. She's grown since the first book, but there are still times I want to throttle her for being so gullible and naive. The mystery/crime parts were even better here than in the fist one. Kate is trying to learn how to use her visions to help people, and she meets another psychic (Declan) who wants to be partners with her.The romance parts were disappointing. Kate and Jared had barely begun dating and throwing another guy (Declan) into the mix seemed unnecessary. I hate love triangles, especially where one of the guys is a douchebag. I just found Declan annoying and he really didn't add much to the story. The book does end on a bit of a cliffhanger, which makes me glad I bought the whole series. On to book three! {my thoughts} - Kate Edwards and detective Jared Corbett return in the second installment of the Second Sight series. This book covers a lot of ground in a very fast paced engaging manner. Kate and Jared are dating and Kate is still using visions to help find missing persons. She calls in anonymous tips to the police departments that are handling the missing persons case. Throughout this book she helps with two cases involving the abduction of a child and an adult woman. She also meets a new guy named Declan Brayden. You will have to read the book if you’d like to know what happens in both missing persons cases and if you’d like to know who Declan.{reason for reading} - I was given a copy of this book by the author in return for an honest review.
