He gave everyone the impression that only a moron would piss me off and that they were welcome to all the pity he could give them, as long as they didn’t stand too close to him. I’m sure that will get back to the respective Princes. I really had no intention of destroying any of the cities in question. All I wanted was for them to consider it as a possibility. It wasn’t really on the table. Maybe that was a mistake, in retrospect. If I don’t destroy a city, people may think I’m bluffing. Then again, maybe they will come through with the alternative.
