Historical RomanceA very daring hand of cards brings Lord Byron bachelorhood to a very interesting end when he losses to a father of a daughter who is reaching into "spinesterhood".She has told her father that she will only marry for love. Now Jack Byron must make her fall in love with him for her father to cancel out his debt and give him a hefty dowry. But will happen when she finds out about everything?Intresting single read (If you like Lisa Kyplas then you may wanna read) London 1809Our Lord Jack is 28 and Grace is 25. Right away I liked Jack no matter the whole deal of the bet. So handsome and funny. Grace on the other hand drove me batty with her childish behavior. Throwing shoes at he door???? Notes under the door? You're suppose to be 25, grow up. I can't stand when the woman will NOT listen to anything the man has to say. And I swear if her ass let her imagination run away again I was gonna choke her. No matter what he happen to do, she automatically assumed he was lying. Just because he lied about the bet. And I was very mad that her father never once got his for setting up the whole thing. He got away with it completely no matter that it turned out great. He still needed his ass chewed out. All in all it was a great story and I can't wait to start on the next one.
predictable but still lovely. Grace was pain but jack was lovely.
