Reading this book with all the different writers was a lot more fun than reading an anthology with a large number of short stories. The plot and characters came alive. You either hated or felt for each one of the characters, the twist was good and the final writings were like being in an action movie. And best part proceeds or part of proceeds go to a good cause. My only complaint is my mother-in-law who was a huge fan of mysteries has passed and did not get the joy of reading “No Rest for The Dead.” Kudos to all the writers and everyone that assisted with this endeavor. I love how this book was so cleverly constructed with twenty-six authors contributing chapters to the book. There was never a dull moment and each chapter flowed into the next as if from the mind and pen of just one originator. One of the authors, Lisa Scottoline, is from the town I grew up in around the Philadelphia area. I was delighted to be sitting on my dad's couch, sipping a steamy cup of morning coffee, when one of her chapters came up. Made me feel connected and like all was right with the world. One of the gazillion reasons I love reading.
Pretty good mystery. I liked how the different chapters were from different characters.

Loved the book! Didn't love the ending, I wanted true justice, not poetic justice.
