O Casamento - Como Se Livrar De Um Vampiro Apaixonado - Livro 1,5 (2009) - Plot & Excerpts
Ας είμαστε ειλικρινείς... ήταν μια άχρηστη νουβέλα η οποία και θα μπορούσε να απουσιάζει, ή να έχει ενσωματωθεί χωρίς πολλές, ανατριχιαστικές λεπτομέρειες στο δεύτερο βιβλίο της σειράς. Παρ' όλα ταύτα, ακόμα κι αν γκρινιάξουμε, το διαβάσαμε... και ναι, το απολαύσαμε, ειδικά οι γυναίκες αναγνώστριες που μας αρέσουν τα τούλια και οι ιδανικές σχέσεις που οδηγούν σε γάμου κοινωνία. Τρανή απόδειξη πως ενώ θα μπορούσαμε να επιβιώσουμε χωρίς αυτή τη νουβέλα, όλες την διαβάσαμε. "The Wedding of Antanasia Jessica Packwood and Lucius Valeriu Vladescu" is a cute little novella about the joining of the couple including the vampire version of a wedding. I enjoyed the photos of the castle, mountains, wedding dress and rings the author included. Jessica' best friend Mindy comes to Romania to be a part of the wedding. I was glad to see that they had reconciled after their problems from the first book. In addition, we are introduced to a new character, Lucius' cousin and best man, a real Romanian/California surfer dude. I just wished we had gotten to know him a little better rather than just a cursory view. My one complaint with this short story is that there was no real action or crisis. Even though it was meant to be a happy occasion, I felt a little crisis would have made this read a little more interesting. However, I am sure we will get our share and more in the second book in the series. I cannot wait to see what will transpire.
