I read this book because I read the other books of the series. In the book there is a guy named Nate he is the messiest kid in his middle school because of his messiness he gets a friend in deep trouble. Now his friend is mad at him for loosing something really important to his friend. Now Nate gets neat to get whatever he lost so his friend wouldn't be mad at him, but he finds out that the last year yearbook editor stole it because they made fun of the last year year-book. Great book. I find it really interesting how nate is more mature and much less clueless in the novels compared to the comics, which is cool. This is my second favourite big nate book behind big nate goes for broke and I think his later ones are the better. I prefer it to Diary of a wimpy kid because some things go right in nate's life, unlike Greg Heffley.overall, well done Lincoln pierce!
