I found this book harder to review than the two other books in this Series. It continues the romances of Derek and Melissa and Patrick and Elaine. The auther adds a few twists and one is down right shocking. What I didn't like was there were too many sexual scenes that really weren't needed. When a book includes too many "between the sheets" sections, it starts taking away from the storyline, and that is what happened in this book. I am all for some action between the sheets, but enough is enough.Rating 3.25 This is the third book in this series. It is a mix of both couples continuing stories. They are all trying to keep Melissa safe. Trying to come up with ways to get her ex out of the way. Patrick is dealing with past mistakes coming back to revisit him. Elaine is trying to deal with Patrick’s revisiting past. Both couples are growing closer together and falling deeper in love. Both their stories are amazingly romantic. Derek and Patrick and both Alpha males and will do anything to protect their women. The stories are emotional and powerful. I love all the books and can’t wait for more of the books to be released. More characters and being added to the stories. I can’t wait to read more about the newer characters. Tia is a great author. The books have been an amazing adventure so far.I was given this book in exchange for an honest review.
