This book was not what I expected. It a ok book, The book concentrated on the journey of the 2 main characters Power and Beauty. I felt the story had peaks and valleys, The story would flow good then kind of looses its steam. I like book that constantly keep me engaged into the story. It was a good book, I am currently reading the sequel to Power and Beauty. I hope this sequel steps it up a little so i can raise my rating from 3 to 4 If this book were fan fiction, it would be in the Real Person Slash section and the description would probably look like this:Power and Beauty-M/F, M/F/F AU, WAFF, Interacial, Drug Use. When T.I. (renamed Power) and Kimora Lee Simmons (Beauty)'s adopted mother dies suddenly there world is thrown in to chaos. Will there love be able to overcome the streets? AN: This totaly isn't a Mary Sue fic, stop saying that. Ugh.Seriously, I don't know what's sadder, that two people took the time to write this book, that I took the time to read all of it, or that the person who had it before took notes on it, and then left those notes folded up inside it. Also, it's oddly raceist.
