They had entered through the lobby, so there wasn’t any medical machinery in sight, but Liam still felt mildly uncomfortable. He didn’t like hospitals; his last memories of his human life were of dying of influenza in a hospital, and he didn’t like being reminded of it. He knew Dmitri felt much the same, but still, they had a job to do. Liam walked up to the hospitality desk, where a man with glasses and thinning hair was busy doing something on a computer.
