My ratings are not low because the story is awful. I love the story, i love how the characters of Sam and Leo potrayed together and individually. There is something so charming about how you can keep a track of your favorite couples throughout the series. However, Rock with me and all the books thereafter came as an awful dissapointment.. While the stories differed, it seemed like the characters never changes. It was stupid that all the boys use the same kind of language when they have sex and that they have yhe same kind of technique. While the author has the art of story writing, i am afraid the charcater are no different from one another. Not a pinch. The boys talk in the same way, the girls fall in love and react in pretty much the same way. Some phrases, some words, some descriptions are so same they're awfully boring. i skipped through the so many sex scenes because 'whats new?' If you read me a line, i wouldnt be able to tell u if Luke said it or Leo or Will or Caleb. The series got extremely boring. I only loved the parts where the entire group was together. It was dissapointing seeing that the author only changes the nicknames the boys used for their girls and maybe the surrounding the girls were in. The girls all responded in the same way for some things. In someways, after Will and Meg's story, I saw no difference in the intimacy between the other couples. And for crying out loud, not all boys says stuff like 'Cant wait to be inside you'. I wish the author made one of the boys shy, with a less potty mouth in bed. I wish all the girls dint say similar stuff. The only character development were the secondary roles in all the stories. While Rock With Me is still fun especially because get to know more about Will and Meg's story, every other is story is amazing but written in the same way making them boring Leo and Sams story.Leo, Megs adopted brother is a huge rock star. Sam is Luke's bitchy sister. She is independent and fierce. She has been bitten by the fame game before and is less than thrilled to have fallen for Leo. She is a bit of a loner and wants peace but when Leo attracts to her she has no choice but to listen to her instincts.Leo is a great character and Sam does come on but is sometimes difficult to engage with.I liked the previous books more but there was some good bits in here and still a good a follow on storyStill looking forward to moreXx
