I hate to be hating but I have to. This novel may not have appealed to me because it is directed for a younger audience (and I read this at the age of seven) but I still thought that this book was unrealistic in so many factors. This book explores the life of a young girl who does nothing for the first half of the book, then suddenly she is the smartest girl in the world and can defeat fully grown henchmen and ninja's without even taking a special Captain America injection. Overall this book is unrealistic, boring and has a terrible writing style. It only has one good factor which is her friend and power gets to her head and she becomes a total idiot by being mean to him but because he is so good and to my own hate he comes back kind hearted and forgiving without even blinking. It is a total rip off copy of spy kids (not to be hating on those movies, well maybe a little).getting into it= the hardest level of getting into itnew words= nonefunny= I would say more cheesy/dumbepic= have you been reading my review at all?romance= nonemoving= not in any way, shape or formboring parts= the whole bookrating= 20% out of 100( I cant believe that this book is possibly going to be made into a movie and a book series!) Well... This was one really good beginning in the Criminal genre. The book was a quick-read and was one of those books which you wish to read one more page, then one more chapter, and ok one last chapter but you know it won`t be your last :D And fine - This will be my first book review so I`ll make it really short:The book is about a girl, named Ruby and her adventures after she starts working for a secret agency"Specturm". It is written in a bit childlish way but it`s funny and a lot of things happen, soo it`s fast developing :D
What do You think about Ruby Redford (2000)?
I thought it was really good and a book just right for me.
