His face was hidden from her but he seemed familiar, and his musky, masculine scent was intoxicating, arousing an ache inside her that she had not felt for a long time. His broad chest felt warm and solid beneath her fingertips—surprisingly solid, considering that he was only a dream. She was aware of his hands on her body and she felt his breath whisper across her lips. Why didn’t he kiss her? She wanted him to—just as she wanted him to move his hands over her, up to her breasts and down to the junction between her thighs. She moved restlessly and lifted her hips in a silent plea for him to touch her there... ‘Please...’ she whispered. She wished she could see his face, but it did not matter, because now his mouth was on hers, as light as gossamer, teasing her lips apart.
