At dinner that evening, they worked on their schedules for the upcoming week. They agreed that every Friday evening would be a girls’ night out with dinner and gossip, unless any of them ever were to have a date, which they all agreed was very unlikely. By the end of the evening, each of them felt as though they reconnected in a deeper way than ever before. * Lindy and Rebecca got together the next morning to start looking through all of Rebecca’s medical records. By noon, Lindy had reviewed the files. They sat in the den with the door closed as they discussed what options were available for her.
