This was an interesting little book, and definitely something out of my usual reads. This story is about Ryan who has a disability but lies about the extent of it. We get into it slightly in this book, but not enough to maybe get the full understanding. It's quite something. He is kinky as hell and has a lot of fetishes. This would probably suit readers who enjoy a much varied and wider exploration of sex. I'm pretty simple - but was inetersting to me in a very educational point of view? I question this because I don't know how much of it is based on solid research, or personal experience from the authors.Liam has a habit of sleeping with his bosses and then getting dumped. Ryan should be a no go but typically he finds Ryan attractive. The relationship is very friendship based. It reminded me of the beautiful French film 'Untouchable' (which was based on a true story) about an unlikely and very non-traditional role between a client and the caretaker.A lot of people will find the relationship unethical when it turns into romance. Maybe if Liam was a qualified nurse or had any real training...yes. For me it read more like a friend taking care of a friend. The caretaker title...was just that a mere title. I don't know. Maybe I'm wrong but I didn't feel offended. Both characters are great, well-rounded, developed, have issues together and their own. Excellent. The editing is sloppy though which is a shame. The end is abrupt and could have been finished with more care. The sex? I admit I skimmed more than a few, not that they were lacking the power-play and extreme fantasties make me uncomfortable. Overall, for a book I would never have read (and did) it was pretty good. Sex, fun and a lot of tattoos!!! That was brilliant! I love this story so much. I'm sure that I'll read it again soon. Liam is such a sexy beast. I can't wait to read another part of 'Special needs'. When I heard about this story I thought it isn't for me...wheelchair,sex hotel... It seems odd, but I've never been so wrong. All I want now is someone like Liam - sexy as hell and tattooed. I adore everything about him - his charm, sense of humor... and... he's a great cook. What more could anybody want? Ryan, on the other hand, is very shy, cute and he is really fussy eater. I love the relationship you showed between them - their possessiveness and thoughtfulness. I have to mention about another great character. I'm sure all your polish fans know him and love him as much as I do... my gorgeous rockstar Kyle. I know he's not very important character but he's still my perfect Kyle:) You did really great job girls :)
