Sweet and enjoyable for the most part and features a very cute little boy named Charlie. This one had some grammatical and editing issues that were distracting. There were some sentences that made very little sense and I'd find myself rereading them over again. There were also some inconsistencies with the characters as Karl goes from being an ambitious chef wanna be to someone settled into domestic life as a nanny only cooking for the family. I was expecting more of the driven character that was first introduced. This is also supposed to be an enemies to lovers book but the enemies part got taken care of very quickly. Despite these flaws I do find myself consistently liking this author's stories so I'll be reading the next ones in the series. I really enjoyed this book. Granted, there were a few editing issues, but that (for me) didn't detract from the story.I liked Karl's character, and how he struggled to make amends for when he did to Paul in the past.(Perhaps some spoilers below?)Paul's character was great; the only criticism I really have is that he seemed to very quickly 'forgive' Karl for bullying him after hiring him; after hating him to openly an accidental meeting and subsequent job interview, as soon as Karl is hired, Paul seems to forget that this is the man who bullied him badly. However, the relationship does progress at a nice pace; they don't just leap into bed at the first opportunity, which would have been completely unbelievable; instead, Karl tries hard to make amends, and wheedles his way into Paul's family and heart.Would recommend this book.
What do You think about St-st-stuffed (2012)?
Probably 3 1/2 stars. It was engaging but could have been shorter.
