it was okay i guess. there wasnt a lot of action( something i would have expected at this point even though it is only the first two books). i think michelle's portrayal of alice wasnt really good. she wasnt evil enough for me.and lea was a bit pathetic. in the second book she says she still loves james but then she seems to start developing feelings for dmitiri. i like the naughty side of her coming out at altus. i really expect a full blown war in the third book, because michelle has been building up so much tension- not very well though I loved the growth that Lia, and the other characters have gone through. I love the Lia's perseverance, as well as the support system that she has. It's unfortunate that she has to go through this ideal, but I'm happy that Zink wrote it the way she did. I could not put this book down! It's a little bittersweet that I only have one book to go, but this journey has been amazing so far. Proper review to come. FANTASTIC book!
Fun to read. I will have to buy the third book..none of the libraries in the territory have it!
